sleepwalking dream

i love the way this guy takes photos of people dancing–like capturing a sleepwalker and the dream together in the same shot.

it’s gotta be something about the lighting….

even the djs are in a dream state!

i want photos like this from a do lab dance floor!!

    Hi girl-

    astrogirl here- and I’d have to agree- Kyle’s photos are truely magical. I was lucky enough to have him come down to document “Spin Cycle”, a Portland weekly I promoted for it’s short life of 6 mos. featuring some of our favorite underground west coast artists… glitch mob, rab, saqi etc…

    I’ve studied photography- and i watched kyle week after week- and I was always SO amazed that he would continually capture the magic right before my eyes… and yes… i did see a trick of his… but still the results were mindblowingly beautiful… Anyway- if you’d like to catch him at another event- he’ll be having space at EmrgNsee(dot)com… Come on up hon- I know i’m stoked to have some pix by him-

    i WISH i could get away. unfortunately responsibilities beckon in l.a. i can’t speak for the rest of the DO, as the fellas will have just newly returned from guatemala that weekend, but…. you never know!

    one thing that’s for sure is that our emmisary, the lovely ms. ingraham, will do a stellar job at holding it down for team Do. (thanks for letting us borrow her for LIB ;) )
