		<description>Before the cold war, Russia had a cultural legacy in America and Europe as a site of bohemian (often tragic) decadence at odds with a harsh climate.  I can see where this idea could be an appealing reference now in the face of climate change and recession.  It also draws in a set of aesthetics that we haven&#039;t seen much of in a while.  Keep us posted on the sightings!</description>
