I guess we all are learning that our actions and policies have real consequences. Reganomics = biggest depression since THE depression. Kill sex education programs = the above condom mess. Sadder still, if we look to a Trojan campaign like this as our savior - we are disappointed. Apparently, all it takes to woo a woman is to present her with a condom, and she's yours! Genius. Wow, it's like the christian right has the market cornered on "let's start a rumor" as their key campaign m.o., and has been applying it all the way around these days.
